Afolake Idowu

Afolake is a solicitor in the Residential Property Department, handling all aspects of leasehold and freehold property transactions including sales, purchases, right to buy, new build, shared ownership, leases, re-mortgaging, transfer of equity, secured lending etc. 

Afolake joined Sutton-Mattocks in October 2021, having held various contract roles in small to medium size firms, which has broadened her knowledge and experience in Property Law.  Afolake acts for individuals, investors and lenders and has done so for the past 15 years.
